All room rates are intended in Moroccan dirham (MAD) on a per room per night basis including breakfast for two. 

The VAT is included in the rate and to which the Tourist Taxes of 49,50 MAD per person will be added.

A deposit of 1000 MAD per room per night is required during Check-In to guarantee any additional costs (Minibar, laundry etc...).

Occupancy is based on two adults (12 years and above) and two children (up to 11.99 years old) per room.

Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by room, the following applies for additional guests except for family rooms, family suites and terrace suite :

- Infants age up to 3.99 years old  – complimentary, including a cot if required. 
- Children age up to 11.99 years old – complimentary, if sharing parents room using existing bedding 
- Guest 12 years and over – a fee of 800 MAD (including extra rollway bed and breakfast) per guest per night applies year-round.

Possibility to add one rollway bed for children with a supplement of 250 MAD.

Check-in Time
15:00h /3.00pm. Earlier access is subject to availability on day of arrival.

Check-out Time
12:00h/ noon. For guests requiring a later check-out, an additional fee is applicable up to 18:00 hours/6.00pm and a full night’s rate is required after this time.

Airport Transfers
Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort can arrange private airport transfers. Please contact Reservations.

Access to the kids’ clubs is strictly subject to prior reservation upon availability.

Booking preferences (floor, connecting rooms etc…) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability during check-in.

Guests are asked to submit their personal ID or passport upon arrival.

Guests of Muslim faith and travelling as a couple will be asked to submit their marriage certificate upon arrival.

For minors traveling unaccompanied by their parents, a parental authorization duly completed and signed is required to proceed to check-in.
 
Possibility of rehousing if the situation requires.

For your own safety & comfort, it is prohibited to use the following items in the Hotel lobby and restaurants: Balls, Bikes, Scooters, Roller skates, Skateboards and Hoverboards.

Guests are not allowed to bring the following items to the hotel: Hookah, Food, Electric stove and Speakers.

Some restaurants might be temporarily closed. Please contact the call center (+212 5 23 38 80 00) if you wish to know the detailed schedule of restaurant openings.

It is strictly forbidden to reserve deckchairs.

The hotel offers a babysitting service. Hence, it is strictly forbidden to use the external babysitting service if the personal babysitter is not a hotel resident.

Pets are not allowed in the resort January 1st 2023 onwards.
